All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made and requested by “Client” (you).
We offer exchange only on full priced items that are unworn and in original packaging or with tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. No returns at any time. All items bought at a discounted price are final sale. No returns or exchanges on any items that were purchased at a discounted price.
We inspect our products carefully for defects before shipment.
We have a 30 day warranty on our products that may arrive damaged, also you may purchase additional warranty through Clyde. Please contact info@JoliAmours.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items.

To fully enjoy any fashion jewelry you must realize that fashion (costume) jewelry is not meant to last a lifetime. Even our Sterling Silver and plated gold pieces.
We strive to sell high quality and durable fun fashion jewelry at very reasonable prices. So with proper care you will get a seasons wear, and sometimes much more!
Keep your jewelry away from the following as much as possible:
a. Water, lotion, perfume, or other harsh chemicals
b. NEVER wear jewelry in the pool or ocean
c. When NOT wearing, keep in a tight jewelry box or pouch
Do not use jewelry cleaner to clean your costume jewelry. Exposure to chemicals may cause your jewelry to tarnish. Therefore, we recommend accessorizing last to avoid your jewelry coming into contact with perfumes, body lotions or any alcohol based products. Hope this was helpful!
Once an order has been placed, It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process orders.
We do not ship weekends; Saturday and Sunday.
Processing of orders begins immediately after an order is placed. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. So it is imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color, dimensions and any other details regarding your order.
However, if you are not happy with the pendant that you receive due to a fault of your own, misspelled or wrong color, you can make an exchange with another one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us a message at info@joliamours.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem.
Shipping/Pick-Up
Shipping Policy
- All orders take 3-7 business days to process.
- After the processing time completes is when the shipping time will start.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for orders placed during a sale as there will be an influx of orders.
- Packages are sent via USPS from Michigan and a tracking number will always be provided. (unless you choose to decline providing contact information)
- Once you receive a tracking number from Joli Amours, any questions regarding tracking and shipment must be directed towards USPS.
All custom orders are considered a "pre-order" and processing time is listed in the description of the item. Please note that USPS, UPS, and FedEx are still experiencing COVID-19 related delays which are causing longer shipping times for custom items.
All processing times are an estimate and not guarenteed.
Shipping
In the event that a return is negotiated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
HOW TO RETURN?
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please mail your order to the following address:
